While personalized feedback is fantastic, sometimes you'll have suggestions that are useful to more than one student, and that's when the Comment Bank in Google Classroom is a great tool to use.
If you're using Google Classroom, you can save voice notes to the Comment Bank, so that they can be re-used for multiple students. Simply save your voice note, just like any other comment, and you can always re-use it on another document.
However, by default everything is going to look very similar, e.g "Click to hear or read my voice note... https://mote.fyi/abc123".
That's because (for now!) we don't render voice note 'cards' in the Comment Bank.
One easy option is to just change the text in the comment yourself.
For example, you could edit the note to read:
“Here's a voice note with some grammatical suggestions: https://mote.fyi/abc123”
Students without the mote extension installed will see your sentence and the link, but those with the extension installed will just see the comment as a transcribed, playable voice note.
